Set amid the willow trees, Nightingale Camp is incredibly private; a perfect spot for nature lovers.
Nightingale Camp is named after the song birds for which the area is famous. In spring, the nightingales can be heard at the camp. The accommodation at the camp is a converted railway carriage, which has been on the farm since the 1960s. It now provides a lovely comfortable living and sleeping area, with large windows looking out into the woods. The kingsize bed has a memory foam mattress, and with only bird song to disturb you, a great night’s sleep is guaranteed. The bathroom is in a shepherds hut, and has a luxurious roll top bath with plentiful hot water on tap.
In a clearing next to the camp, you will find a Japanese style Ofuro hot tub. It is quickly heated by the wood burner, and is the perfect size for two people to relax in comfort.
